Our beauty floor is designed to be a peaceful, calming space where relaxation begins the moment you arrive. Gentle music plays softly in the background to maintain a tranquil atmosphere. Each treatment room is thoughtfully set up to enhance your experience, with low lighting, soft candlelight, and a warm, cosy feel, creating the perfect environment to fully unwind during your facial.

What Happens During Your Treatment?

When you arrive, you’ll be warmly welcomed at our reception desk and then guided upstairs to our serene beauty floor, designed to help you relax from the moment you enter. Your therapist will introduce themselves and escort you to one of our treatment rooms.

You'll be invited to take a seat while your therapist carries out a short consultation to tailor the facial to your skin’s needs. They’ll explain what to expect during the treatment and guide you on how to get ready. Your therapist will then leave the room, giving you time to settle in comfortably.

Once you're ready, your therapist will knock before re-entering the room, wash their hands, and begin your facial. After your treatment, they’ll provide aftercare advice and recommendations to help you maintain your results at home. A glass of water will be offered to help you rehydrate, and you'll be given time to get dressed in private.

When you're ready, your therapist will meet you outside the treatment room and accompany you back downstairs to reception to complete your visit.

Next, we’ll discuss what you hope to achieve from your appointment. Whether you're looking for deep hydration, skin renewal, or simply a relaxing, stress-relieving experience, we’ll tailor the treatment to meet your skincare goals. We’ll also ask if there are any concerns or areas you’d like us to focus on. If you have issues like dryness, acne, or fine lines, we can give those areas extra attention during your facial. If there are any areas you'd prefer us to avoid, such as sensitive spots around the eyes or areas of irritation, we will take care to treat those with extra caution or avoid them entirely.

We will check if you have any allergies or recent surgeries that may affect your treatment. It’s important for us to be aware of any allergies, especially to skincare ingredients or essential oils, as well as any recent surgeries.

For optimal results, please come to your appointment makeup-free if possible. Additionally, it’s best to avoid exfoliating your skin for at least 36-48 hours prior to your facial.
